Jacob finished memorizing the Ten Commandments this last week and I am so very proud of him. He recited them for the pastor and some of the people at our church and they were very impressed. Some were even motivated to memorize them too! Well done my son, well done.

What a Week

It’s been quite the week indeed. First, Sara and the babies left for Pennsylvania on Monday morning for a two week stay. That leaves me by my lonesome for 14 days straight (ugh). Jacob came over on Tuesday but was in sorry shape because the poor little guy is fighting off strep throat. Wednesday morning I was up with the stomach flu. I was in dire straights for sure. I haven’t been this sick in a long, long, while. My fever of over 103 finally broke this morning and I am feeling much better.
Unfortunately Jacob is still sick. His mom said that he has been throwing up all evening long, so please keep him in your prayers.

Jacob finished his last soccer game of the season looking pretty darn good. He had a couple goals and hustled all over the field. Congrats buddy! Your daddy sure is proud of his Bubbafish!

Today the kids and I have been just hangin out relaxing. We are still trying to get healthy from all this sickness. Sara went out and got her hair done and did some grocery shopping. It the easy goin’ days that I love the best.
