Official Idahoans

We spent the majority of the week, packing, moving, cleaning, and unpacking. We rented a small home in CDA near my office (see above pics). Moving is really not that much fun at all but I am glad we finally made it out to Idaho. It’s truly a wonderful state and CDA is a great city. Thank you all for your prayer and moving help, as we couldn’t have done it without you. Mom and Shay helped us move and helped watch the kids. Chad helped me with all the heavy lifting and packing up the truck. Thank you guys!
Happy 2nd Anniversary!
Posted by JJ | Filed under Family, Friends
I wanted to wish my wife a happy 2nd anniversary today. I can’t believe it’s been two years already. I can’t believe we have a 10 month old baby and another on the way. How time flies. The best news of all is that each and everyday I love my wife (and kids) more and more.
We don’t have any special anniversary plans except for dinner tonight. This last weekend we went out to Idaho. Sara went to the Coleman’s baby shower (girls only) while Chad, Sean, and I had a man-shower at the bowling alley. We then went over to the Emerson’s to celebrate Christian and Zach’s birthday. Check out the lastest pics at our Flickr page.
Isabel turns 4!

Isabel had her 4th birthday this last Sunday even though her birthday was actually on the 15th. She decided on a strawberry cake with strawberry ice-cream. After the party Sara and I went up to Hayden to go bowlin with Chad and his brother-in-law Jarrid. Check out some pics at Chad’s family site.
UPDATE:
Somehow I mananged to delete all the pics of Isabels birthday party. I am still in shock. Dang computer.
Scooter’s Back!

I got a message the other day from my ol’ buddy Scott Leete. Looks like he has moved back to Montana from Texas and is planning on going to the Police Academy. Scooter and I had some good times back in high school. Hopefully he will get to come out to Spokane or we can make it out to Hamilton. Welcome home, candypants!
Long Lake

We took Tim’s boat out this evening and did a lil tubin’ and wake boardin’. Surprisingly the lake was nice and warm. It was very nice to sit back, relax, and soak up some rays. We really like the area by Suncrest and Tum Tum… If we were rich we would buy a house up there.
My new PTA Shirt

Chad got me a new Pass the Ammo shirt. And I have to say I look pretty TUFF in it.
Lots of fun

Today I spent the day in beautiful North Idaho wasting good ammo on big metal objects and mud puddles. Chad, Jared, Scotty and I shot footage for a short film I am making called “Mud and Guns.” Yup, good times….
Oh yea, Chad took this sweet picture of me with Jared’s Camera phone. I love you too Chad.
We love Chad

Speaking of rednecks… there is one in particular that I appreciate greatly. He lives in Hayden Idaho and he loves guns. His belt buckle is almost as big as his cowboy hat. He drives a Ford and he listens to ZZ Top. (Like me) he’s marrying up and he very humble about that. He’s a lifetime member of the NRA and hates communism. He voted for Bush and he has some killer sideburns. God Bless Chad and his family… we wish you a Merry Christmas. Thanks buddy.
